Tihoi Hunting and Fishing Social club is a small community hunting club based in the Western Bays of Lake Taupo. The club runs an annual membership with a range of competitions and prizegivings along with an annual Open Hunting competition that attracts around 150 entries every June.

The annual club competition includes Boars, Trout and Red, Fellow and Sika Stags

Prize giving’s are held 6 monthly in May & November at Tihoi Tavern, including the major annual prize giving held in November. Each prize giving includes an additional hunting competition with a range of prizes along with dinner, family activities and of course socialising.
